So Many Mandalas!

Mandalas

Over the past few months I’ve made quite a few mandalas! They are so quick to make and I love trying new color combinations with each one. I love that small changes can make each one look so different! Below I listed each mandala and what yarn and pattern I used, along with any changes I made to the pattern.

Simply Crochet Magazine (issues 7 & 14)

1 & 7

Spiky Mandala Pattern

4, 6, 10 – Knit Picks Shine Worsted

2 – Lily’s Sugar and Cream Cotton

Picot Mandala Pattern

– Knit Picks Dishie Cotton

– Cascade Cotton (sorry, can’t remember exact name)

15 – Cascade Ultra Pima Fine

11 – Lily’s Sugar and Cream Cotton

First Mandala Pattern

8, 12, 17 – Knit Picks Shine Worsted yarn

9, 13 – Cascade Ultra Pima Fine

14 – Knit Picks Dishie Cotton

16 – This is the same as the pattern up to the last row. Instead of making double crochets for a scallop edge, I worked a single crochet in each dc, then sc, ch2, sc in each ch2 space of the previous round. I repeated the round again for the last row (sc in each previous sc and sc, ch2, sc in each ch2 space).

18 – Lily’s Sugar and Cream Cotton
